The AMD Radeon RX 8800 XT graphics card, which has an LED-illuminated logo and a triple-fan design, was allegedly teased on Reddit. It is anticipated to work with Ryzen 9 CPUs, implying a 2025 Zen 5 and RDNA 4 pairing. This is as AMD is ready to take on NVIDIA's next generation of GeForce RTX 50 graphics cards.
A sleek black and silver triple-fan design and an LED-illuminated Radeon logo on the side characterize the alleged Radeon RX 8800 XT graphics card. 2025 should see Zen 5 + RDNA 4 pairings as the alleged RX 8800 XT is paired with a Ryzen 9 series CPU.
With its GeForce RTX 5080 16GB and ultra-enthusiast RTX 5090 32GB graphics cards, NVIDIA will dominate at CES 2025 as AMD fully details its next-generation RDNA 4 architecture and its flagship Radeon RX 8800 XT graphics card. AMD is not going for the high-end this time. AMD will be depending on faster GDDR6 memory than RDNA 3 cards, while NVIDIA will also be relying on next-generation GDDR7 memory.
